Nothing beats a handshake and a smile. But how much is that handshake costing your company? Maybe the smile is enough.

If you’ re someone who frequently visits other offices, chances are you’ re doing it for the face time. Your role may require interaction with employees or clients working in a remote office. Sure you talk on the phone often and exchange emails throughout the day. But these are impersonal and often don’ t convey the intended message.
